My room was clean and fresh and seemed new or newly renovated. I was impressed with the breakfast spread - four different choices of hot items and the pancake machine we all know and love.
Stopped here on our cross country road trip. Was able to book the room easily on the IHG app. Arrived at the hotel, where they quickly & professionally checked us in. Our room was clean & spacious. Nice room amenities-mini refrigerator, microwave, table & chairs, work desk, and remote controlled window shades! Nice, free breakfast the next morning - the hot cinnamon rolls are amazing! Kudos to the team at this property - you are doing all of the right things-keep up the great work!

Great place, staff was polite and friendly everything was clean and organized. Breakfast was a good variety of items, something you dont see much these days. I didnt like that they had some sort of block on there wifi for Playstations but other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place.
We had issues with a third party booking site. We made the trip to the hotel to get things figured out in person. A little gal named Andrea was such a huge help. She was eager to help us get to the bottom of the issue with grace and professionalism. She went above and beyond to settle this the best she could for the issues at hand. Must stay hotel in Great Bend, Kansas. They are definitely first class. They service the room every day unlike most other hotels. The rooms are very modern and clean. The lady that checked me in was very personable, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Very nice hotel.
Hotel is super clean and comfortable. The room temperature was so efficient we never had to change it while here (vs many others where I'm constantly adjusting the thermostat). My room smelled so clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite the heavy walk of the people staying above me I slept like a baby. It's so quiet and the blackout shades were a bonus to sleep in. It also has great breakfast options for sit down or on the go, in a clean and comfortable lobby area with high-top tables to plug-in.
